What is the best way to order a LF Gaming product?
Items are available to purchase online at www.LFGaming.com. Simply click on the item you want, choose from a selection of upholstery choices, add to your cart and then follow the checkout instructions.

What methods of payment are available?
All orders placed through www.LFGaming.com must be paid for by credit card.

I placed my order and I need to make a change. Whom should I call?
Depending on when you placed your order, we might be able to make a change if the item has not already been started in production. Please call us immediately at 800.661.8568 if you need to make a change so that we can do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to meet all change requests.

When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?
We will charge your card when you hit “Submit” during the checkout process. Thus, if you place an order and need to cancel it immediately, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.661.8568 (Canada) or email us at info@LFGaming.com. Shipping FAQ’s

When can I expect to receive my product?
All LF Gaming products are made to order, please allow 1 – 3 weeks for us to build your custom product. When your order is complete, we will ship via UPS Ground to the address you provided at check out (Canada). Typical time in transit is anywhere between 5 to 10 business days.  Most chairs arrive in two boxes.

LF Gaming ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service to Canada. Typical time in transit is anywhere between 5 to 10 business days. UPS will deliver the chair to the address provided. Sorry, PO Boxes are not acceptable, a physical address must be provided. Please note that these are only estimated transit times, extreme weather, traffic accidents or other unforeseen circumstances may increase shipping time.

Is there a way to track my order?
Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, a UPS Tracking Number will be generated. UPS will send you tracking information to the email you provided during checkout. A Tracking Number cannot be provided until the order is completed.

How do I report damaged items?
We are extremely sorry that your product did not arrive in pristine condition and we empathize with the aggravation in dealing with these types of unexpected issues. Please contact us at 800.661.8568 within two business days of delivery to report damaged product. Our customer service team will help you figure out how to handle your unique situation.

I live in Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory or Nunavut or at an International destination. Do you ship there?

Return FAQ’s

I’ve changed my mind about my purchase and want to cancel my order, what do I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to offer you a full refund on your purchase. Please contact LF Customer Service at 800.661.8568 (Canada) or email info@LFGaming.com immediately to determine if this is possible. If your order has already shipped or recently been delivered, please see our 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.

My new chair just arrived and I’m not sure I want to keep it. What do I need to do?
LF Gaming offers a 100 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please read the Guarantee thoroughly to understand the return process and exclusions. Contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions whatsoever.

The shipping company is offering insurance, do I need this?
You are responsible for the safe return of our product. While we don’t require that you pay for shipping insurance, please note that you will be liable if the product is lost or damaged.

When can I expect to see a refund for my return?
Once we receive your product and have inspected and cleared it for any damage, you will receive a refund within thirty days. Refunded amount will be the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
